Capture Manager, Subscription Sales - Hospital Patient Monitoring

Your role:

• Act as the primary project manager for complex sales orders, coordinating efforts across Sales, Legal, Finance, Business Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain a checklist of all required order components, ensuring completeness and compliance prior to submission.
• Compile and track all supporting materials including: Customer contracts and amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), Business case documentation and ROI justifications, Quotes and pricing approvals, Legal and finance approvals, Custom deal terms and non-standard language review
• Facilitate timely review and approval cycles to avoid delays in booking and revenue recognition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the company’s deal process and assist with resolving order blockers or escalations. Ensure data integrity and document accuracy in CRM and CPQ tools.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and automation to streamline complex deal handling.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or deal desk in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience with complex enterprise sales processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract mana gement platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident leading meetings and following up with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations or healthcare IT/SaaS a plus.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $180,000
