Manage Responsibilities:
  • Drive Value Realization: Enhance platform stickiness through effective implementation, adoption, and usage of Armis Centrix TM . Showcase the effectiveness of utilizing existing, new, and improved capabilities, reinforcing the value of our platform.Revenue Growth Support: Develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to market our global customer base, promoting the broader Armis range of products and billable services.
  • Team Leadership: Expand the Customer Marketing function by collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to deliver the most effective marketing communication programs to our customers. Motivate, manage, and nurture a team of two direct reports, ensuring optimal performance aligned with our shared revenue goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop channel and customer-specific marketing plans that showcase our product portfolio. Work closely with the Director of CX, Digital Experience in Customer Success, and related account executives to deliver a harmonized and coordinated communication approach.
  • Campaign Management: Rapidly deploy a continuous series of “always-on” cross-sell and upsell campaigns targeting our existing customer base.
  • Digital Program Development: Create scalable, customer-driven digital programs.
  • Budget Management: Manage and track the Customer Marketing budget, ensuring accurate recording and appropriate use towards the strategic growth plan and pipeline targets.
  • Market Insights: Proactively bring market trends and ideas to the business to help identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Customer Marketing experience
  • Passionate about building connections with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business discipline
  • Experience managing a team
  • Desired experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or Technology, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing
  • Customer centric mindset and customer focused on delivering engaging customer communications
  • Revenue focused and passionate about cross-sell and upsell motions to drive engagement and grow revenue
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing customer marketing resources, campaigns, and initiatives
