You will:

• Deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers

• Engage with our Customers when they choose to contact us via Phone, Chat, or Social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

• Satisfy each customer’s needs using our proven approach and our CCOE Agents are expected to be the embodiment of Dell Technologies’ Culture code
  Achieve and exceed the targets and KPIs defined by the CCOE organization

• Customer needs will vary. CCOE Agents are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences

• Fluent communication skills in French written and spoken

• Good understanding of computer technology

• Research skills, curiosity about business components, and good problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services & ability to identify how these products and services align with customer/partner needs
