You will:
Manage high volume OUTBOUND sales CALL by telephone
Manage a high volume of LEADS to reach the maximum of customers and orders
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
Achieve set targets by selling Dell solutions
Receive regular coaching and mentoring to ensure your success
Sales Small business experience is highly required
Excellent French social and communication skills (both written and verbal)
High interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

Understand the Dell Technologies portfolio and explain how complex, multi-faceted solutions will benefit the overall business of the customer

Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales across different markets
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business plus a minimum of 5 years of pre-sales / sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in selling infrastructure solutions and services centered on Microsoft, VMware, RedHat, Nutanix solutions, Multi-Cloud solutions like Private/Hybrid/Multi Cloud, Data Center consolidation, Gen AI and AI Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, and Data management
Possess strong communication, selling, customer relations, and negotiating skills, as well as good time management and personal organization
The candidate is skilled at working in virtual teams and influencing others to implement specific strategies. Be a self-driven and motivated individual to drive the business. Is a team player, builds relations, and has a commitment to quality

What you’ll achieve

What you’ll achieve
The HR Specialist will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering HR admin support to all employees related to but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. As part of this role, you will be required to take part in HR projects as a HR Operations representative.
You will:
Provide daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems.
Streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness and establish continuous improvement process, whereby performance translates directly into correction action plans and resulting improvements.
Oversee and manage a wide range of team members’ benefits administration/programs (i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances)
Collaborate across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and Partnership with HR & other business functions
Own records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources is a must to have
1 to 2 years’ experience within HR and experience within similar environment is required
Great communication skills in both French & English
Knowledge of local labor legislation
Attention to the detail, ability to work independently, organize daily priorities & strong customer orientation
