What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers who are considering the purchase of Dell Technologies products while maximizing revenue and margin generation. You will put in place sales actions to acquire new customers and retain them to improve the company’s results.
You will:
Manage high volume OUTBOUND sales CALL by telephone based on Leads and portfolio
Manage a high volume of LEADS and accounts to reach the maximum of customers and orders
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations
Achieve set targets by selling Dell solutions
Receive regular coaching and mentoring to ensure your success
Essential Requirements
Excellent French social and communication skills (both written and verbal)
High interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
Plenty of energy and enthusiasm, as well as a passion for all things technology
Ability to work under pressure to achieve quarterly targets
Knowledge of the IT environment
Desirable Requirements
English communication is a plus
