As a team member in our Capital Equipment Group in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will:

• Focus on plant and equipment valuation services and asset advisory across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Provide asset valuations and advice providing essential insights into the asset portfolios of clients in industries with substantial capital investments.
• Aid in strategic decision-making, particularly during active transactions for various purposes.
• Be instrumental in driving growth by cultivating new and existing client relationships, leading highly skilled project teams, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience on high-profile engagements.

• A passion and in-depth knowledge in all things plant and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements, with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers to drive the best outcomes
• Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings, build a network and grow accounts
• Ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex concepts to clients
• Ability to lead and mentor our staff, as well as being a strong team player
• Enthusiasm and a strong drive to succeed

Ideally, you’ll also have

• A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Suitable fields of study including, Engineering, Property and Construction, Commerce, or Finance.
• Current AAPI, ASA or RICS qualification.
• Prior experience in property, business and/or plant and equipment valuation is favoured but not essential.
