Your key responsibilities

  • Provide advice to clients on the application of Australian tax laws.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and structuring advice for inbound and outbound groups.
  • Provide post-deal taxation services and ad-hoc tax advice to acquired corporates.
  • Provide advice to clients in respect of tax corporate governance policies and processes.
  • Review corporate income tax returns.
  • Preparation and review of tax effect accounting numbers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for your clients.
  • Project manage the delivery of tax services to your clients.
  • Work with our Partners to execute market development initiatives.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory and Corporate Tax Compliance, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business consulting environment
  • Tax technical knowledge relevant private companies and collective investment vehicles
  • Experience in managing junior staff and their development
  • Ability to build strong and lasting business relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • First-class numerical and analytical skills
