Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on and evolve the Training strategy for the Audit department
Build strong relationships and engagement routines across the department to identify and/or align training needs, priorities, and outcomes
Use integrated thinking, data sources, and industry trends to identify training needs
Establish strong partnerships with external training suppliers, and find opportunities to maximize partner relationships
Create and drive a training steering committee that guides organization’s training agenda and tracks and reports training outcomes
Serve as a leader in the department during significant change by delivering relevant training and addressing dynamic training needs
Engage regularly with senior leadership and Chief Audit Executive to continually align on priorities and progress
Drive awareness of and brand the Training program’s value, strategy, and direction
Deliver various in-person classroom training across Audit’s footprint
Lead and develop a team of training associates, and elevate the Training Department to best-in-class through creative and timely solutions that build associate knowledge and skills
Ensure all documentation is regulator-ready
Travel: This position will travel up to 20 percent of the time.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years experience in corporate training and development, curriculum design
At least 3 years of experience in process management
At least 3 years of experience in deck building and presenting to large audiences
At least 1 year of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, Compliance or a combination
At least 1 year of People Management experience
At least 1 year experience with Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
5 + years experience in corporate training and development, curriculum design
5 + years experience in process management
1 + years experience in third party relationship management
3 + years of People Management experience
1 + years experience in design thinking, customer-focused process design, or user experience design
1+ years of experience in reporting or data analytics
5 + years of experience in deck building and presenting to large audiences
This role is hybrid meaning associates will spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
McLean, VA: $154,600 - $176,400 for Sr Manager, Process Management Richmond, VA: $140,600 - $160,400 for Sr Manager, Process ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.
