4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).
4+ years of Product, Partner, or Channel Marketing experience with multi-national tech companies
Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Work and Business Applications portfolio of products (Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Business Central, etc.)

Responsibilities
Lead and coach a high-performing marketing team, empowering them to drive impact and growth
Drive Modern Work and Business Applications CSP channel strategy and influence delivery of foundational commerce capabilities essential to CSP
Define and execute Modern Work and Business Applications CSP margin and incentives strategy including growth-based patterns based on a deep understanding of CSP channel and partner economics
Partner closely with Modern Work and Business Application Solution Play leaders to ideate and execute promotions to drive CSP business performance, while also developing new levers for GTM innovation
Develop and manage a portfolio of custom deals/programs that expand the channel in close partnership with Business Development and Finance
Represent the voice-of-the-CSP to our Business Planning and Commerce Engineering teams
Manage disruptive change to partners related to Modern Work and Business Applications products and CSP channel policies
