This role will provide the overall support needed to ensure successful completion of assigned Workforce Administration (WFA) employee lifecycle transactions for Human Capital Management (HCM) and learning along with generating transaction reports to monitor and audit completed transactions.Examples of job responsibilities:• Entering and maintaining accurate information within Workday, monitored through audit reports.
• Setting up and launching of learning assignments providing a clear insight for employees to manage time demands independently to complete required training.
• Reviewing details of requests to understand the desired result.
o Counseling the requestor when needed to create an understanding of the action that will be completed.
o Determine if the action requested will meet the needs or if not work with the requestor directly to provide the information needed for the desired outcome.
• Running, analyzing, and distributing reports on a regular basis for management review.
• Assisting with system audits to maintain data integrity and security.
• Ability to work in a fasted paced and highly collaborative environment.
• Strong diagnostic, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Well organized and a real self-starter, manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills should be complemented by a flexible approach to shifting priorities on multiple assignments.

  • Supporting general HRIS/learning operations by maintaining, employee records, system tables and code lists.
  • Conducting systems testing in support of system updates and new feature releases.
  • Running, analyzing, and distributing reports on a regular basis for management review.
  • Assisting with system audits to maintain data integrity and security.

Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)
