In this role, you’ll:
- Provide technical, consulting and configuration related support to our customers via ticket, chat and calls
- Analyze and resolve incidentsreported by our customersby means of knowledge databases and/or verifying product configuration
- Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents
- Create knowledge documentation and share knowledge, moderate forums, etc.
- Participate in global projects around support processes and quality assurance
- Report errors to Development/Operations teams
- Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries
- Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring
Who you are:

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Problem solving/analytical skills

- Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage
- Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage
