In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide technical, consulting and configuration related support to our customers via ticket, chat and calls
  • Analyze and resolve incidentsreported by our customersby means of knowledge databases and/or verifying product configuration
  • Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents
  • Create knowledge documentation and share knowledge, moderate forums, etc.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes and quality assurance
  • Report errors to Development/Operations teams
  • Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries
  • Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring

Who you are:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Systematical, communicative and creative focus
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
  • Knowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment
  • Advanced English required, Spanish is an advantage
  • Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage
