As a Global Security - Technical Security Analyst within the Global Security team, you will play a crucial role in managing technical security solutions and other issues. You will be responsible for supporting the Technical Security Operations in the APAC region, creating and maintaining facilities and office floor plan security layouts, and administering system configuration and mapping. This role requires flexibility in working hours and a proactive, can-do approach.

Job responsibilities

• Create and maintain facilities and office floor plan security layouts for the APAC region as required by the project
• Design plans and translate them to AutoCad design format
• Administers system configuration and mapping (access card readers, CCTV, alarms/sensors)
• Support Quarterly Preventive Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning, Other device testing that is required
• Share and support workloads of the team.
• Monitor a mailbox, respond to emails and attends to related task. Ensure emails are directed to the appropriate group and assist / support with other matters as needed related to the Global Security Team.
• Attends regular calls, local or global and tasked to perform technical functions including UAT/User Acceptance Testing.
• Support and assist with other matters as needed related to the Technical Security Team.
• Support existing and future programs/initiatives local, regional or global of Technical Security.
• Work in the office, 5 working days, working schedules ranges from 9AM to 10PM, some with Saturday or Sunday adhoc operational requirement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Degree holder (Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related courses).
• At least 3 years of solid work experience.
• Expertise in 2D/3D Rendering (AutoCAD, 2D layouts) is a must
• Highly experienced in system configuration and mapping (access card readers, CCTV, alarms/sensors).
• Experience in Technical Security capacity, security systems and tools.
• Microsoft office (excel, power point) and SharePoint
• Good English communications skills (written and oral)
• Basic Troubleshooting skills Hardware & Software
• Open to flexible working hours vary from 9am to 10pm, maybe scheduled with one Saturday/Sunday.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in similar capacity minimum 3 years in 2D/3D Rendering (AutoCAD, 2D layouts) is a must
• Advanced in Microsoft office (excel, power point) and SharePoint
• Experience in the same Technical Security capacity.
• Experience in following platform: Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, TrakaWEB etc.
• Basic background, understanding and ability to engage conversation about IT/computers/servers and related technologies.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and deal with complex issues.
