Key job responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Take the lead to identify, define, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.
• Ability to assess commercial feasibility for our AWS business and create new deal constructs.
• Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefits of partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to execute on the relationships.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ Years of experience in a Manufacturing/Industrials or related field, including direct engagement with technology leaders.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA
- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally. A track record of engaging with senior leaders.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
