Key job responsibilities• Work with senior leaders from our customers and across Amazon to build a common vision and innovation strategy that helps them reinvent their business
• Develop roadmaps to achieve the vision with ability to empathize with a large company’s people, process, and technology legacy
• Build the case for change (incl. business model) and prepare board-ready presentations and briefings for senior executive stakeholder communications
• Curate and manage repeatable pan-Amazon solutions
• Influence C-level executives and build trusted relationships

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- • MBA
- • Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
- • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management and external executives
