Responsibilities
- Overseeing the team members in the US
- Providing additional training where needed
- Call coaching when required
- Creating Sequencing & Cadence strategies
- Building a pipeline of clients and managing relationships of stakeholders
- Monitoring team performance
- Assisting with issues encountered by the other SDRs
- Interacting with the team manager regularly on updates for the team
- Assisting the Manager where needed in addressing any issues
- Engaging with the field sales team regularly
- Assisting with company list generation & company research
- Continue to generate business and set an example for the team
Required Capabilities, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Experience in the financial sector
- Experience in managing a sales development team

- Understanding of share plans.
- Excel spreadsheet skills
- LinkedIn Sale Navigator experience
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge
- ZoomInfo knowledge
