Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain our reputation for culinary excellence.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork.
- Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management.
- Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working in a Michelin star rated restaurant.
- Fine Dining Restaurant Standard Knowledge

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages.

- Previous managerial experience working at a Michelin star restaurant work experience.
- Proven track record of success in a comparable role, preferably within a high-volume establishment
- Strong experience with multi-unit management
- Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment.
- A well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team members.
- Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong financial knowledge
- Five+ years of experience in managing high volume or fine dining environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
