Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Corporate Development and functional leads to scope and manage end-to-end due diligence workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Finance, InfoSec, Legal, Risk, HR, Compliance) to assess risk, surface integration requirements, and inform deal structuring.
  • Translate deal rationale into integration objectives and design fit-for-purpose operating models (e.g., full integration, standalone, or hybrid).
  • Lead integration readiness assessments, Day 1 planning, and post-close execution for active deals.
  • Align with business unit sponsors and functional teams to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain integration plans, checklists, templates, and playbooks.
  • Drive cross functional workstream coordination, issue resolution, and milestone tracking.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with value drivers and synergy targets.
  • Monitor post-close progress, identify risks, and lead post-mortem reviews to continuously improve M&A execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or related filed; tech or fintech experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end due diligence and integration across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven deal considerations, including product, engineering, and data integration.
  • High comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with limited structure.
  • Experience working with or supporting international transactions and culturally diverse teams is a plus.
  • Educational Background (MBA, CFA, CPA, CIMA)
  • Strong Strategic and Analytical Skills, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
