Bachelors degree in Business, Economics or similar
A minimum of 2 years experience in post-merger integration or 4 years experience in project management
Have experience working on multiple projects at the same time, with cross-functional business partners
Have ability to think both strategically and tactically and ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity
Be a team player, with ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate high emotional intelligence and strong business acuity
Place a high degree of attention to detail and be highly organized
Possess confidence in leading meetings, comfort with making decisions and ability to document and respond quickly to inquiries
Possess excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Build and cultivate strong relationships at all levels
Be naturally curious and want to learn more about topics in which you have limited prior knowledge in
Be proactive and be able to influence and motivate without authority
Be fluent with Pages, Keynote, MS Excel and Claris
