- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Experience at working both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment is essential
- Must have analytical/problem-solving capabilities
- Conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Promptly and efficiently react to project changes, remaining flexible to change
- Adept at researching and resolving project-related issues
- Must be proficient using MS Excel and MS Word
- Demonstrated knowledge of estimating tools
- Experience with InEight estimating software a plus
- Preferred experience in utilities or linear construction.
