As the Construction Cost Estimator, you’ll have the opportunity to work on activities for design-build and traditional type construction projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary professionals. You’ll provide support to the Project Managers, Construction Managers, Construction Coordinators, and other Construction Group key staff by developing internal detailed construction estimates and reviewing the contractor’s unit price and lump sum proposed estimates, assisting in reviewing processes with the Jacobs construction management staff and contractors as necessary, performing cost analysis, and changing order construction cost estimates.
