identifying new key strategic and upselling opportunities across organizations and driving them to closure;
building key relationships across partner organizations at executive, director and manager levels within business development, product and editorial teams;
developing expert-level understanding of Taboola’s platform and value proposition, discovery growth opportunities, identifying close plans, and eliminating business obstacles;
maintaining active in-person customer conversations through regular and consistent engagement through market knowledge and industry expertise;
ensuring delivery of world class account management and customer service;
working with internal product management team to give strategic accounts voice in product roadmap strategy;
collaborating with cross-functional teams and team leaders to align product development with partner growth; and
serving as escalation point for operational issues stemming from existing partner integrations. The Account Director, Strategic Partnerships has 3 Direct Reports: (2) Senior Business Analysts and (1) Sr. Publisher Account Manager
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related;
five years of online advertising experience, including specific experience in relationship management and customer service;
knowledge of web technologies, digital media revenue ecosystem, and REST API integrations;
and proficiency in working with remote global teams, maintaining, and growing client revenue through up-selling or cross-selling.
