What you'll be doing

• Communicate Unity’s roadmap to technical leadership within our customer base and identify new strategic partnership opportunities for expanding existing partnerships
• Identify, close and manage data partnerships from key industry leaders
• Structure, negotiate, and close key partnerships in both the ads ecosystem and data partners
• Promote Unity’s products and platforms to drive awareness and adoption
• Understand customer problems and offer tailored products and services
• Network extensively and travel as necessary to represent Unity at events and meetings
• Foster a strong community around our ad platforms by engaging with consumers and industry professionals

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry with proven experience for executing complex partnerships that create significant value
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate successfully across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and process-oriented, with proven skills in promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Extensive database of senior contacts throughout the advertising industry and the ability to network effectively
• Evangelism that actively promotes our business, products, and services while advocating for their use

You might also have

• Game industry experience or in-app mobile advertising experience is strongly preferred
