As a Vice President in Global Finance Solutions, work across the Global Financing
Job summary:
and fund financing transactions: identifying the opportunity set, marketing the business and providing a transaction-focused center of expertise through the deal lifecycle. The role therefore requires close coordination with Trading partners,Sales partners, Investment Banking and the Private Bank.
Job responsibilities:
- Marketing and execution of financing products
- Strong collaboration with key sales and trading partners across the Markets organization, including helping to define client strategy and market the products above
- Negotiation of termsheets and legal documentation on identified opportunities in close alignment with Trading partners
- Managing facility monetization opportunities and client inquiries post-transaction, including expanding dialogue into additional Markets financing products
- Developing market knowledge and personal brand that increases the firm’s understanding of and reputation in the fund financing market
- Understanding of and contributions to the broader Global Structuring organization across institutional structuring, financing, and solutions teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Series 7 and 63
- A strong understanding of asset managers and institutional investors, particularly private funds
- Three to five years of work experience
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail and team-oriented mentality
- Resilience across lengthy negotiations and patience with long lead-time marketing
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At leastfiveyears in a related field (preferably credit, structuring, financing or corporate finance)
- Ability to step comfortably into client negotiations day 1 would be helpful but is not required
