Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Accounting or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+years of experiencein ANY combination of the following: sales operations,process improvementand/orrevenue analysis frompre sales to post sales.
  • 5+ years of advanced experience inExcel andDataAnalytics Services
  • 5+ years ofexperience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Management(CRM) (MSXD365 preferred), and high-level understanding of the sales process.
  • Passion for thinking ahead, being innovative, and continuous learning about Microsoft product
  • Desire to partner with stakeholders across the company to learn how others work and how the work in Americas BSO can evolve to support
  • Prior experienceswith AI andMLa plus

  • Lead issue resolution aroundTenants and Usage metrics
  • Lead proactive revenue sweepstoidentifyand correct mis-landed
  • Innovate newways, including leveraging AI,to diagnosingand resolvingnew/emerging revenue issues
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful close of fiscal quarters and years
  • Partner withWorldwideIncentive Compensation to ensurefair Seller payout caused by revenue related issues
  • Quarterly Impact analysis tohighlightkey wins by the Revenue Excellence team
