Job Description

As the Office Manager for the Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics Business, you will be responsible for all office management activities, including safety related tasks, and supporting requests for our staff of R&D and Contract Manufacturing as well as supporting the local team in the San Diego Office. You will be part of the R&D team for Electrocardiogram (ECG) Solutions, you will report into the Head of R&D ECG/ Site Leader for the San Diego office.

Your role:

  • Perform all standard supporting tasks for the office
  • Coordinate and execute all Monthly Safety Checks
  • Contact person with facility and property management

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant or equivalent role
  • You are supportive and service-minded, with the ability to be assertive and overcome resistance
  • You possess an Associate degree or Certification in Office Administration
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You are an expert in Microsoft Office Suites

The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $93,000 to $158,000.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
