Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related area; Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related area and 2 years of experience in technology infrastructure engineering.

Experience managing and administering Windows 2012 R2/2019 Servers, CentOS Linux Server, and Azure SQL. Experience implementing database queries for reporting using SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with Application Server Architecture Bash and Shell Scripting. Experience implementing automation scripts using Groovy and Python. Experience implementing field behavior using JavaScript, JAVA REST API, and SQL. Experience monitoring and evaluating system performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, Java Melody, and Nagios/Prometheus. Experience managing Storage Accounts using Azure Storage Explorer. Experience managing certificates using Venafi. Experience with Cloud Management Platforms: OneOps and Azure. Experience updating code using GitHub. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools: Jenkins and Concord. Experience managing and mainaining the infrastructure for Jira and Confluence. Experience providing Jira and Confluence administration. Experience with Jira and Confluence system administration.
