What you'll do...

This position will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the Mainframe CICS and MQ environments including RSU Maintenance, version upgrades, and application support.

What you'll do:

• Administration, maintenance, and support of Walmart's Mainframe CICS environment
• Administration, maintenance and support of Walmart's Mainframe MQ environment
• Collaboration with and support for application teams' usage of the CICS and MQ software

What you'll bring:

• Experience with complex, multiple LPAR, multiple data sharing sysplex environments.
• Experience with IBM CICS Transaction Server
• Experience with IBM MQ
• Experience with BMC Tools including MVCICS and MVMQ
• Experience with SMP/E software maintenance procedures
• Ability to read/write REXX code
• Ability to read/write JCL in supporting reporting job abends owned by the team
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to support 24x7 on-call rotation

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 years’experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
Option 2: 3 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.
