The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $95,250 to $152,400.

Your role:
Upholds stringent adherence to specifications and requirements throughout the production process to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards.
Takes charge of leading Lean projects, overseeing the implementation of strategies aimed at streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Develops strategies to maximize manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, cost of non-quality, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency to bolster operational effectiveness and streamline production processes.
