Your role:

• Upholds stringent adherence to specifications and requirements throughout the production process to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Takes charge of leading Lean projects, overseeing the implementation of strategies aimed at streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develops strategies to maximize manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, cost of non-quality, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency to bolster operational effectiveness and streamline production processes.

• Ensures comprehensive training programs are in place for operators, covering production processes and Health & Safety protocols, thereby prioritizing their competence and safety during task execution.

• Collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of production objectives with broader organizational goals, facilitating effective communication and strategic decision-making.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.

• Your skills include Environment Health and Safety, Manufacturing Principles, Quality Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, People Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Process Engineering, Change Management, KPI Management, Strategic Planning, Business Acumen

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Certifications: Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent. Preferred Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $122,456 to $195,930.
