You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 8+ years of professional experience (with at least 2 years managing a team of engineers) in new product development activities in the medical device space. You should have proven ability to work on a leadership team, as well as participating in and contributing to a major product development core team.
Your skills include providing leadership, setting direction of a team, and coaching direct reports in a fast paced R&D environment. Experienced in good project management principles and practices.
You have BS in a technical engineering discipline.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You’re a good motivator with strong communication skills; both written and verbal, with the ability to present on status of projects to senior management. You develop, manage, and report on status of project/department budgets.

The pay range for this position in MN is $130,000 to $209,000
