8–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or regional campaign execution.
Knowledge of wallet ecosystems, loyalty platforms, and merchant marketing in APAC.
Experience leading campaigns across multiple APAC markets with localization requirements.
Fluent in English; additional regional language preferred (e.g., Bahasa, Mandarin, or Thai).

Your day-to-day
Be the HR Business Partnering Lead for our Australian workforce
Partner with the Australian CEO on our Site Culture initiatives
Support local deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle, talent calibration & reviews and the employee listening survey
Own all aspects of basic Employee Relations issues (Corrective Actions etc.)
Partner effectively with our Legal Counsel, Workplace Relations and Employee Advocacy Teams
Coach managers on individual & team performance
Manager Training on performance evaluation, compensation, delivering feedback, HR tools and general best practices
Champion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
Together with the business-aligned HRBPs, you’ll support business reorganizations and restructures
Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights
Work with, and leverage sales force and our internal tools to drive better efficiency in our processes
Additionally, the role holder will also support People processes and deliverables for Singapore and select projects across the APAC markets

6-8 years HR experience
Experience in independently managing complex HR/ER cases.
Strong Jurisdictional knowledge of Australian employment law (whether on the ground or via remote handling ofresponsibilities)
BEAR/FAR Regulatory knowledge – practical experience would be deemed favorable
A sound knowledge of AU Employment legislation
A positive and approachable attitude.
Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders
Desired experience from the banking/finance or technology industry, experience working in a global matrix organization, experience working with Workday.
Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience

In your day -to-day you will:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on execution of talent acquisition processes which include candidate sourcing, resume screening, pipeline management, pre and post-offer requirements monitoring and onboarding support.
Partner with the hiring managers and business leadership to understand hiring requirements, products, and services while providing consultative expertise on recruitment.
Deliver team objectives by providing operational support in achieving shorter time-to-accept, complete and accurate hiring and onboarding requirements, effective partnership with hiring teams and better candidate experience.
Overseeing candidates pipeline through every life cycle stage, ensuring candidates move quickly through the interview process and focus on the experience.
Develop innovative recruitment, sourcing strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective recruiting partnership.
Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes,interviewing/assessmentstrategies, and tools.
Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, provide market intelligence& mapping and competitor's analysis.
Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and Rewards teams.
Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the company operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Identify and mitigate risks to the company by aligning decisions and actions to policies and procedures of hiring and onboarding.
Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition-related projects of varying complexity, importance, and priority.
Ensure consistency and coordination and keep the ATS system (Workday Recruit) compliant with local rules and regulations.
What Do You Need to Bring:
5 years of relevant recruiting experiencein afast-paced environment ideally within a startup or large enterprise.Having recruiting experience in Japan and/or SEA is highly advantageous
This role supports and drives talent acquisition across SEA and Japan markets therefore full working proficiency in both English and Japanese languages are required to work with Japanese and non-Japanese speaking stakeholders, co-workers and candidates.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience of using a hiring applicant tracking system (Workday Recruit)
Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience.
Ability to work through complexities, manage multiple priorities, and follow various documentation or process.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
Position will be hired as hybrid and requires 3 days working on-site our Singapore Office
