Your Impact

  • Assist Theater and Area Sales Operations Leaders in all facets of running the business, including:
  • Drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards to promote consistent visibility and delivery of business plan
  • Act as primary driver of SFDC data cleanliness with respect to opportunities, Account hierarchy across the organization
  • Provide analytic data to support our annual sales planning, regional bookings forecast information leveraging existing internal processes, methodologies and automation/forecasting tools
  • Convert raw data into well-presented and useful business information that drives business decisions
  • Manage around and through potential process and technical limitations to deliver the best outcomes possible
  • Drive standards of performance and specific activities that align with the predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities to ensure outcomes are on track/met
  • Automating and refreshing data, transferring data to Global sheets, and any other analysis needed for weekly reporting needs.
  • Manage compliance of the non-standard transactions process
  • Track quarterly metrics on general business performance, average discounts, non-standard exceptions, etc.; recommend action items for improvement
  • This is a global role, requiring flexibility to work in shifts to support our worldwide teams and business needs

Your Experience

  • 8+years of previous experience in a business-focused analytics role preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications
  • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau experience also a plus. Salesforce experience is mandatory
  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus

Your Impact

The Manager, Business Analytics ensures alignment between our GTM Sales Leaders, our Strategy and Business Operations leaders, and the various geographic and speedboat units. Specifically, the Manager, Business Analytics will liaison across various Go-to-Market enterprise-wide projects to ensure impactful design, timely delivery, tailored communications, and realized value for our Sellers. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration. You’re the right person if you are and/or excel at, and enjoy the following:

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations with a specific focus on readying the organization to maximize adoption for technology and process improvement transformations. Pressure test current processes and use first principles to design future state business processes to create operational efficiencies

  • Operator at Heart: translate company strategies into actionable plans. Support the development, coordination, and execution of key initiatives that drive organizational goals including streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency. Oversee parts of daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and the execution of tasks that align with strategic objectives.

While no day will be the same, some key areas that you’ll find yourself consumed by include:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Develop, maintain, and optimize executive-ready dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or Looker. This includes designing intuitive layouts, implementing advanced calculations, and ensuring optimal performance.

    • Utilize Advanced SQL proficiency to write complex, efficient queries across large, disparate datasets (e.g., in Google BigQuery) to extract and transform data for analysis. Build and manage foundational datasets and tables in Google BigQuery, focusing on robust schema design, data transformations, and comprehensive quality assurance (QA).

  • Business Insight & Strategy:

    • Own and interpret key GTM business KPIs (e.g., pipeline generation, bookings, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, win rates, and sales productivity metrics).

    • Convert data-driven insights and quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions for senior GTM and Sales Operations leaders.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional leaders to understand business requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.

    • Showcase executive-quality presentation and packaging skills in platforms like Google Slides and Google Sheets to clearly communicate complex findings and strategic proposals to senior audiences.

  • Automation & AI Integration:

    • Familiarity or excitement to use AI day to day. Automating antiquated processes and supercharge productivity using our suite of AI tools.

Your Experience

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in a top-tier tech strategy, sales operations, or sales finance functions

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, ect), including executive dashboard design, advanced calculations, and performance tuning.

  • Expert-level SQL proficiency with a proven ability to write complex, performant queries on large datasets. Experience with GCP and Google BQ is preferred.

  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate strategy into execution: operator at heart.

  • High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues to drive impact within the organization

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to inform business decisions leading to desired outcomes

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to own multiple commitments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in dynamic & ambiguous environments

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the organization and lead design, execution, and measurement of GTM initiatives as well as influence without authority

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account intelligence in SFDC, including regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership
  • Proactively identify up-sell opportunities and grow revenue
  • Capture and nurture CISO and executive relationships to influence recurring strategic spend and product pull through
  • Customer Success : Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by owning the customer's on-boarding, adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
  • Provide high-touch/white-glove customer outreach immediately post-close to shepherd customers through the on-boarding process
  • Drive adoption by ensuring customers apply their purchased offering hours in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinate and prioritize timely resolutions with consulting teams
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and partners to drive cybersecurity solution adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
  • Ensure continual communication with customers regarding Unit 42 messaging, current offerings, and events
  • Serve as a customer advocate in influencing the service and product roadmap.
  • Manage performance metrics such as CSAT, renewal rate, up-sell/cross-sell lead identification, and adoption

Your Experience

  • Experience in Business Development and Sales roles within the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience in Customer Success with an understanding of the customer journey
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas as a Major/Large Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager/Channel Sales, or Enterprise seller focused on F1000 accounts in high-growth companies
  • At least 4 years of experience selling Enterprise Security solutions. This includes SOC security-based products or services, such as Incident Response, Breach Management, Malware/Exploit Prevention, and SIEM. Experience with Subscription or SaaS solutions as a direct contributor is preferred
  • Deep understanding of channel partners and a channel-centric go-to-market approach in your region.
  • In-depth knowledge of how specific industries might leverage security solutions and the ability to succinctly translate complex technical benefits to solve high-leverage business problems
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions

Your Career
