Job Summary:

As a Vice President in J.P. Morgan, you will operate in a client centric & end to end model. You will have full ownership of all aspects of fund administration including but not limited to client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing. Want to work on a private markets fund in its entirety, then this may be the role for you! A routine day could have an AVP balancing deal funding processes while managing an audit as well as investor queries simultaneously. This brings a great level of dynamism to the role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a culture carrier forsupporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the organisation.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a portfolio of closed ended and semi closed ended private equity and debt funds.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

• A qualified/part-qualified accountant or with proven experience in accounting with exposure to US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS.

As a Technology Support III team member in Corporate Tech and Consumer & Community Banking Risk, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, reliability and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.

• Prior experience in Business Management (or COO role)
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
• Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
• Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
