As a Client Technical Onboarding Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. Job responsibilities

  • Manage multiple complex payment integration projects at any given time, prioritizing tasks, resources and stakeholders across time zones
  • Support clients in migrating from various TMS or updating their payment formats (e.g. SWIFT to ISO XML) in line with evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations
  • Own the product implementation and training experience for your assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product Management
  • Work with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes
  • Identify instances of business risk and show ownership of issues when they arise
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate when necessary

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
  • Technical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations and comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate, partner, and influence others to a common goal
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA
  • Comfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussions
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring employees and proven ability to successfully manage conflict

As a Commodities Client Service Account Manager Vice President within the Trade & Working Capital Client Service, you will be responsible for the servicing of Core and Structured Trade Finance products. You will also be required to use in-depth product knowledge to resolve challenging client facing issues during the product life.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage life cycle of transactions after Sale
  • Build relationships with the Client segment, Internal Operations, Middle and Front office colleagues
  • Track the client transactions through operational steps and liaise with multiple internal parties to ensure smooth handling and fast turnaround time for the client
  • Provide client reporting to help enhance their experience including discrepancy analysis, inquiry volume and type, early payment opportunities, digital solutions
  • Support the operation workflow to resolve refusals, disputes, and problematic transactions
  • Record all Client interactions in case management system (e.g. calls, meetings, issues, and proactive communications)
  • Escalate client concerns and any issues to Sales (i.e., encryption emails)
