As a leader of proposals and sales deliverables for a variety of environmental services projects, you are responsible for the quality of the final product as measured through the four C’s—compelling, compliant, clear, and credible. You will lead the management of client deliverables across the pursuit lifecycle with a focus on strategy development for positioning and proposal deliverables. You will facilitate the development of win strategy sessions with associated action plans, client-focused value propositions and win themes and drive a disciplined relationship-based sales (RBS) process to achieve consistent, quality results.

As a Capture Manager/Proposal Manager you will:

• Facilitate strategy sessions for specific opportunities, clients, accounts, and/or geographies.

• Support account and capture teams in integrating pursuit strategy and win themes. Lead the integration of the pursuit strategy/win themes into proposals.

• Analyze complex issues and use sound judgment and experience to develop solutions for a wide range of sales-related activities and issues.

• Lead proposal efforts and deliverables including win strategy development, active middle game activities, and proposal deliverables.

• Lead the proposal development process, including meeting client requirements, internal and external schedule milestones, and proposal budget.

Transportation Drainage Engineerwith +10-15 years of experience in our Greenwood Village, Colorado office to support our highway, bridge, and transit projects throughout Colorado and the western United States.

As a Senior Transportation Drainage Engineer, you will use your experience to lead our drainage discipline teams on our transportation projects in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Your typical work assignments may include onsite storm drainage analysis and design, offsite cross drainage and floodplain hydraulic impacts analysis and design, erosion control, water quality analysis, preparation of technical reports and memoranda, preparation of construction plans, estimates, and specifications (PS&E), and participating in business development efforts as required. As an
International Tax Manager, you’ll be actively engaged in all aspects of international tax provision, planning, research, and compliance to support our international tax functions (this position may be remote of hybrid in the U.S). You will play a keyrole in preparing and reviewing the company’s global tax positions related to Pillar 2, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTC etc. and assist with the preparation of the international tax provisions, including tax audit support. You will support continuous process improvement, including the identification of opportunities to drive processes and controls towards best practices.

You will assist in review of the tax provision calculation prepared by the local accounting teams to ensure compliance with US GAAP requirements; be involved with special tax projects related to mergers and acquisitions, international tax law changes, international tax compliance, maintaining and documenting tax attributes, etc. In addition, you will manage compliance engagement with external service providers, assist with the implementation of Pillar 2 calculations and reporting requirements, and be involved with special tax projects to support tax modeling and planning.
