Responsibilities include setting up and supporting CAD/BIM systems, coordinating the setup and administration of the Common Data Environment, facilitating digital training and induction for the project team, and maintaining digital registers including MIDP and TIDP. The coordinator will also manage information exchange of modeling outputs from each discipline, federate models, promote adoption by the project team, conduct model review meetings, manage clash detection and reporting, and administer issue resolution.
The successful applicant will maintain high work standards, minimise errors, and pay attention to detail. They will work cooperatively, respect others' opinions to achieve team objectives, and perform steadily during peak workload while remaining calm under pressure. Familiarity with automating repetitive activities and coding bespoke processes will be an advantage.
