Responsibilities

• Customer specific processing and support for ICE Data Services clients with accuracy and diligence to ensure users are able to maximize use of the various fixed income desktop products
• Provide excellent customer care with deep knowledge of system workflow processes, including moderate understanding of key product features

IntercontinentalExchange has an opportunity for a Full-Time Billing Analyst. The Billing Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform billing activities on behalf of various business entities varying in nature from subscription-based, usage-based, and fixed fee based.
• Complete billing implementations to address additions, modifications and terminations of service within accounts timely and accurately.
• Review fee schedules within customer contracts to ensure billing is done accurately based on contractual terms.
• Manually calculate revenue amounts, using Excel, to be invoiced to clients based on contractual terms.

This position is based in Jacksonville Florida and reports to the Manager of Finance as part of our corporate finance team, and works closely with senior management, including the company’s Vice President of Finance, CFO and President. As a Financial Analyst within the Finance department, you will create key performance indicators to measure our progress and update monthly reporting as required. Additionally, you will support the annual budget process and generate the monthly forecast.
