Own, monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPI’s
Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
Coach leaders on talent management, and performance differentiation.
Deliver talent management processes, organizational assessments, earning strategies, and leadership development.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Product Manager, Services and Aftermarketwill manage the complete lifecycle of software, digital, and professional service solutions for our Security and Access Solutions brands
This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Engineering functions to manage, position, create, and launch software and service offerings to grow services and aftermarket revenue organically and through strategic initiatives.
Develop offering roadmaps for services and aftermarket, including digital service models for end users, channel, and technology partners.
Influence & support the services overall strategy and roadmap for assigned product families.
Identify opportunities for new software and service development and recommend build, buy or partner to optimize resources.
Support training and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track product roadmap, launches and post launch performance of assigned offerings.
Develop, drive, and oversee the execution of differentiated go-to-markets, curate customer perspectives, industry trends, market requirements competitive analysis, partnerships and technology disruptions that will drive revenue and earnings growth.

You Must Have:
3-7 years of experience in a Product or Offering Management role
Experience in software, physical security, and monitoring center spaces
Experience withAgile software development and release processes, requirement and use case development, business case development, data analysis, and project lifecycle.
30%, including air travel, overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel when required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $65,000-85,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $70,000-90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive plan eligible.
