Required Qualifications & Skills

Sub Function: Workforce Insights (Global Consulting)

This position is an advisory and consulting manager role to design workforce business strategy and standards for Global Consulting stakeholders. The position will be a key delivery partner, focused on defining workforce business strategy, identifying opportunities and enabling leaders to take workforce-related business decisions through data, insights and analytics. Working closely with WFT COE members, Talent team and global consulting stakeholders, the role aligns on the scope of work, builds data requirements, translates business strategy into measurable outcomes through talent data, research, and analytics, and owns end-to-end delivery of providing actionable insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
