Event Technology Consulting & Support
- Lead technology support for all EMEIA and Americas EY wavespace and non-EY wavespace virtual and hybrid events.
- Participate in client meetings to provide IT consulting and ensure session design aligns with client requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise pre-event tech checks, design meetings, dry runs, and debrief sessions.
- Provide real-time IT support for virtual participants during sessions, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
- Live Event Production & Broadcast
- Organize and manage Teams meetings, breakout sessions, attendance, countdown/break timers, and screen sharing.
- Design and implement custom timers and graphics tailored to event themes.
- Create and manage polls using Slido and Teams Poll.
- Support collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, and other digital facilitation platforms.
- Deliver all EY wavespace related live event production activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across time zones.
- Operate OBS for live streaming and event production.
- Use digital and hardware audio mixers for sound management.
- Integrate music streaming and manage live broadcasting workflows.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with other Technology teams to fulfill IT requirements and ensure timely support.
- Support EY wavespace Center Leads with technology challenges and escalations.
- Collaborate with various tech leads across EMEIA for data collection, reporting, and best practice sharing.
- Provide technology support demos to prospective clients and facilitate Miro introduction activities upon request.
Administrative & Leadership Support
- Assist the EMEIA EY wavespace Leader with administrative tasks, including resource management and project coordination.
- Organize and lead monthly team meetings and other internal engagements.
- Deliver OSTS training sessions and support the design and procurement of new AV devices for EY wavespace centres.
Project & Centre Build Involvement
- Serve on multiple EMEIA EY wavespace, Client Experience Centre, and AI-enabled Centre build and management projects in various capacities, including project management and liaison with Enterprise Technology (ET).
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform future sessions and strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in live event production and broadcasting tools and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for live streaming and event production.
- Knowledge of music streaming tools and integration into live events.
- Experience using digital and hardware audio mixers for sound management.
- Live broadcasting skills including multi-source switching, audio balancing, and stream encoding.
- Familiarity with AI tools including Copilot, EY.ai, Claude, and OpenAI platforms.
Supervision Responsibilities
- Reports to the EMEIA EY wavespace Leader (or designate).
- May provide matrix management and guidance to on-site and virtual support staff across EMEIA and the Americas.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in end user technology support.
- Proven experience in event support and live event management/production.
- Knowledge of AV industry standards highly recommended.
- Experience with cloud technology (e.g., MS Azure) is beneficial.
Certification Requirements:
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or similar industry certifications desirable.
