What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect, you will develop scalable futuristic solutions and system architecture to address new business models and business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement.   • Develop and implement solutions for complex problems in collaboration with product managers, UI/UX specialists, software engineers, and global delivery teams to drive project releases and sprint goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams and business partners to design and deliver coordinated digital experiences and robust solution architectures for Commerce Configure, Price, Quote, and Ordering processes.
  • Identify gaps and challenges in offer configuration, translate them into strategic transformation roadmaps, and orchestrate end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a strategic consultant and partner to business and commerce teams, understanding their processes and enabling desired business outcomes through multiple strategic programs.
  • Manage communication and coordination among partners, conduct solution reviews, user demos, functional testing, and support engineering teams in building and implementing capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Over 15 years of IT experience with a degree in computer science or related field.
  • Solutions architecture for large scale enterprise applications
  • Skilled in requirements tracking, backlog grooming, prioritization, and agile project methodologies in a multi-partner environment.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and HaaS business models and experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Extensive Data analysis skills/expertise
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and Oracle.

Your Impact

As Senior Leader, Strategic Customer Engagement, you will lead Cisco’s most influential executive customer engagement programs. You’ll be responsible for enhancing and scaling both the Global Customer Advisory Board (GCAB) and the Executive Sponsorship Program—initiatives critical to Cisco’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The Executive Sponsorship Program, in particular, is positioned for significant growth as a key enabler of customer loyalty and relationship development, and you will manage it in tandem with the GCAB to increase impact. While establishing credibility with the CEO and ELT is essential, your primary collaboration will be with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Communications leaders. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong sales background who understands the Cisco sales organization, appreciates the challenges facing account teams, and can quickly grasp high-level technology and product roadmap concepts. Your Impact

YOUR IMPACT

You will be the SLED Finance Operations point of contact for legal financing agreement preparation and Business Partner funding. You'll establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships. You will liaise with Cisco Systems Capital cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, credit, pricing, legal, tax), business partners and customers for deal details and to resolve issues related to contract preparation. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Owns and manages SLED contract operations requirements that include preparing all required standard and approved non-standard documents ensuring that all approvals are brought together.

  • Owns any E-Rate operations for each E-Rate calendar year.
  • Partners with SLED sales to assist with contract usage, and answer partner questions on contract usage and SLED engagement.
  • Works with SLED partners for required state contract documentation, registration, insurance, and other partner compliance.
  • Partner with SLED business and market development to operationalize key strategic and tactical programs to drive SLED business.
  • Ensures commercial approval processes related to SLED operations are followed in line with applicable company policy and standards.
  • Makes changes, as needed, to SLED operational processes for managing specific SLED programs and operations from start-to-finish.
  • Contribute to SLED projects as-needed to operationalize new SLED initiatives, improve SLED processes, or other identified projects.
  • Maintains, follows, updates, and reports status on SLED operations and compliance activities and special projects.
  • Build and handle transactions in the lease/loan financing system. Input, update and maintain information accuracy and integrity.
  • Own, train on, and operates SLED bid tools for State & Local Government and Education including periodic training of Sales on those programs.
  • Address customer questions within the requested deadline.
  • Overseas and manages existing SLED contracts, both with individual states and national contracts, for on-time payment, compliance reporting, contract extensions, amendments, and related operational functions and issues.
  • Maintains, updates, and adds to SLED contract usage guides, self-help resources, partner resources, other related documentation.
  • Aid in partner funding forecasting activities.
  • Handle compliance request and provide support during internal review or external audit.
  • Achieve ongoing personal/professional development goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in the SLED/FED finance operations field
  • Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or experience in a SLED lending environment (additional FED lending environment preferred)
