You will work with a diverse set of internal partners including Cisco IT, FTO (Finance Transformation Office, FCO (Financial Compliance & Operations), RAO (Revenue Accounting Operations), Global Partner Strategy, Global Partner Finance and other subject matter experts to ensure that cross-functional requirements are achieved.
Our work includes:
- Evaluate the feasibility of partner program systems, measures, incentives, and policies while maintaining a focus on compliance and controls
- Liaise with business partners on the extraction and computation of large data sets
- Ensure program requirements are properly documented, implemented, and validated
- Build a roadmap of process, policy, and system requirements to reach a desired target state
- Map end-to-end processes and controls across system inputs, processes, and outputs
- Create predictive analytics to illustrate the expected impact from system or incentive changes
Your Impact
As part of the Global Partner Finance organization, you will lead the implementation of the Next Generation Rebate Engine and manage any ongoing systematic changes required for new and existing partner incentive programs. This includes prioritizing enhancements and driving consistency across the entire partner incentive infrastructure including but not limited to program administration interfaces, calculation engines, funding platforms, and analytics tools.

- Experience with UAT, BAT, and normalization testing
- Developed understanding of Cisco’s IT architecture and infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical field
- 8+ years relevant working experience in an analytics, process, or systems focused role
- Relevant systems and tools knowledge (Tableau, SFDC, Oracle, SAP, Snowflake, Varicent, UiPath, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge of key accounting rules regarding bookings, revenue, deferred revenue, and recurring revenue
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to present business results clearly, completely, and accurately
