Your Impact

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will:

  • Leverage deep technical expertise, business savvy, and automation skills to deliver consultative solutions, baseline customer environments, and develop tailored onboarding and adoption journeys that address business challenges and drive customer success.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, from technical architects to C-level executives, ensuring alignment and understanding through strategic discussions and interactive presentations in both remote and in-person settings.

  • Provide customer advocacy to Engineering and Product Management Teams for product improvements and promote the CX offer strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8 - 10 years of technical experience with expert-level knowledge of Cisco's Catalyst Center, Campus Network (Enterprise Wired/Wireless, SDAccess/ISE), Routing & Switching, Cisco Spaces and Catalyst WAN.
  • 2+ years of experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • 2+ years of experience in automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform) including API integrations.
  • Experience with delivering customer-facing consultative sessions, interactive technical presentations, and experience in collaborating/delivering quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Current CCNP Enterprise certification.
  • BS or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in Cisco Spaces, ThousandEyes, Cloud Security, Meraki and Splunk.
  • Experience employing AI/Generative AI tools and technologies to drive innovation, enhance workflows, or solve complex problems, with a focus on practical implementation and user impact.

Your Impact

You will provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions, technical and sales support for selected major account opportunities. Understand business requirements for customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements. Understand and articulate Cisco's cloud architectures and services. Who You Are

You have extensive knowledge and experience with Data Center Networking, cloud and virtualization technologies, solutions and architectures along with extensive experience selling data center and virtualization at the engineering level through the CxO level. You have experience in networking protocols, design and products: ethernet, IP, switching, routing, spanning tree, OTV, LISP, ACI, VXLAN, etc. Storage networking protocols: fibre channel, iSCSI, NFS/CiFS, storage multi-pathing. You have the ability to understand complex technical and selling situations and know how to handle the problem or solicit the required resources.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• 6+ years related experience and Cisco experience required. Cisco product and end-to-end positioning required.

• Verifiable written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Confirmed technical knowledge and consultative skills and able to train and disseminate information.

• R&S and/or Data Center CCIE certification highly desirable and/or preferred.

Preferred Qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equal experience. Advanced degree is a plus.

• Extensive expertise in Data Center Networking design utilizing Cisco Nexus or competitive switch offerings.
