About The Role
The product range includes market leading therapies and technologies offering innovative, minimally invasive endovascular procedures.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Responsibility for products in the division's Vascular portfolio.
Manage customer relationships to optimize sales and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and develop knowledge of procedures, products, clinical practices and requirements.
Plan and develop the market for our existing and new upcoming products according with divisional goals and objectives
Understand account’s unmet needs and expectations. Design and execute sales strategies and activities for accounts in scope, accordingly with account plans and in compliance with national and regional targets.
Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
Contribute to the development of an annual strategic plan with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.g. market size and potential, market / product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gathers information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities. Plans and prepares tender / proposal based on account situation and understanding. Participates in negotiations, where applicable, and, in collaboration with Tender, prepares administrative documents and input requested by the customer.
Maintain accurate territory data and provide timely reports, forecasts and insights
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services, both nationally and occasionally internationally
What are we looking for in you?
University degree (or equivalent experience) within Life Sciences, healthcare or another related field
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or other life science sales. Experience from selling or supporting procedures in cath labs is advantageous.
Fluent in Danish and proficient in English. Fluent in Swedish is advantageous.
Based in Denmark or South of Sweden
Experience from working in Interventional Radiology, vascular surgery or Radiology is advantageous
Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills.
Strong team player, collaborative, can build relationships and work cross-functionally.
Self-motivated and can influence others.
Willingness to travel within designated territory and occasional international travelling (mostly for training and congresses)

Key Requirements
Sales Execution:Regularly travels out with each team member, to ensure divisional strategies are fully implemented; Ensures effective territory management and account targeting is practiced; Conducts quarterly sales reviews with team and manager, adjusts strategies in accordance with Country /Region requirements; Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a region targeting program; Coaches through personal commercial experiences to develop and motivate team members; Coaches others in the field on a disciplined selling model; Identifies and anticipates sales forecast gaps, submits corrective strategies and implements ambitious sales growth; Develops and recommends expansion analysis of new field territories;
Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
