• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical trial protocols , Rhythm Management (RM) Clinical Department SOPs , and global regulatory requirements .
• Manage clinical trial activities within the assigned territory, including conducting Interest and Initiation Visits , supporting center preparation , assisting with IRB approval , and ensuring sites are ready for patient enrollment .
• Educate clinical investigators on trial protocols, procedures, and investigational product features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites to assess physician expertise and drive engagement.
• Provide technical support during clinical trials, including implant procedures and follow-up visits , involving direct patient interaction in hospital or clinic settings.
• Lead key programs and projects , acting as the primary contact for clinical study enrollment, communication, and follow-up activities within your region.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical or Biomedical Engineering (or a related technical field).
• Experience in the medical device industry within clinical research , field clinical engineering , sales , or as a cardiac physiologist .
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical partners, physicians, and medical sales teams .
• Hands-on experience with electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures .
• Strong background in training and education for internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Working knowledge of EP mapped ablation procedures .

Process enhancement & Tools

• Act as business leader in projects, implementing new processes and tools within the organization. Creating associated program to develop them. Drive adoption and training programs
• Continuously improving & optimizing our processes and develop new capabilities

• Partnering with the CoE to optimize processes and ensure successful integration of EMEA/Global initiatives
• Take the lead on developing our RS digital roadmap.
• Capture VOC from both external and internal parties, work together with cluster RS managers on execution

Sales Analytics

• Identifying reporting needs, facilitating design of dashboards and supporting rollout and adoption in Remote Sales team. Defining data and the process to capture that data to make business decisions
• Working with analyst and FP&A to support key commercial processes like territory and target setting, StratPlan and ad hoc analysis to deep in any identified areas.
• Provide insights and data to the RS EMEA team to help decision making and business cases for change

• Drive Market Development & Strategic Execution:lead the design and implementation of post-market strategies for the FaraPulse (NAV) and OPAL HDx portfolios. Continuously analyze clinical practices and market trends to identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and positioning strategies. About the Role

The Electrophysiology (EP) Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of

• Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.
