Key Responsibilities

Provides systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs. Supports engineering owners by working on assigned projects in conjunction with vendors, or suppliers.

Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes

Presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as Uptime, MTBF, MTBI, Availability, equipment and process parameters.

Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at the engineering level.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Assets Management

• Lead and coordinate fixed assets cycle count across China entities. Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide fixed assets policy guidance.
• Collaborate with internal functions to implement system upgrades and process optimization.
• Produce regulatory reports and support statutory audit process.

Intercompany Gatekeeping

• Oversee all cross-border intercompany transactions for China legal entities, ensuring adherence to China FX regulations.
• Validate intercompany supporting documents for bank remittances.
• Produce SAFE reports, investigate and manage variances.

Other ad hoc tasks

• Support liquidation process. Assist in financial due diligence, liability settlements, bank account closure for entity closures.
• Corporate insurance local process support.

Key Responsibilities

Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool

Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.

Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manages professional employees (on B job bands) and/or supervisors that identifies gaps to plans across the field, drives field/technical and customer engagement from a BU perspective and conducts calls with field Technical Directors. Develops and articulates strategies and corrective actions to meet business objectives.
2. Has strong comprehensive industry product knowledge of technical trends to articulate technical differentiators. Converts technical trends into useful information for (TRM) Technical Review workshops and product positioning/ inflections mapping
3. Drives alignment and tracks business focus on TAM, share, margin between BU and Field
4. Demonstrates strong comprehensive understanding of global, technical and market trends and executes a systematic process for capturing competitive intelligence
5. Applies strong comprehensive understanding of the industry to drive penetration / adoption of diverse and complex product strategies with BU, RPM and Field. Identifies customer adoption barriers and drives a plan to overcome [e.g. customer, product, BU]
