SaT – Infrastructure Advisory

With EY Thailand’s Infrastructure Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to advise public and private sector clients across South-East Asia, to successfully navigate the infrastructure project lifecycle. You will play an important role in influencing the investment decisions of infrastructure policy makers and investors from a commercial, financial and sustainability perspective, with a focus on the transport and energy sectors (including electric vehicles).

Responsibilities:

• Perform research to inform infrastructure policy development. Specific tasks may include gathering insights from international case studies and best practice, collating & analysing relevant data, and supporting the organisation of training programs & events
• Assist with the preparation of commercial and financial analysis for infrastructure project feasibility studies or transactions. Specific tasks may include business model development, risk analysis, assumptions benchmarking, carbon emissions analysis, and financial modelling
• Support procurement and transaction advisory for clients on major infrastructure projects and transactions, including project finance, public-private partnerships, and M&A
• Provide coordination support with regional EY offices (e.g., Australia, Singapore), public & private sector clients, external advisors (e.g., technical, legal) and other relevant stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives, events, and projects
• Support the preparation of research and presentation materials to support business development and relationship building activities with prospective clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Climate Change, or Engineering
• Previous working experience in M&A, banking, project finance, or infrastructure project & policy development is preferred
• Critical and analytical thinker
• Ability and willingness to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills

The following are candidate’s roles:

• Be a team of sustainability professionals to grow portfolio of Sustainability services in Thailand for the aspects of human rights and supply chain management.
• Lead the delivery of our services when we assist clients to identify, measure, and appropriately manage their business and reporting risks in transition of their organizations to respond to (i) changing of the government regulations with respect to ESG/Sustainability matters and/or (ii) new trends in sustainability management.

Candidate’s qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Have experience in preparing sustainability strategies in the social aspects, especially human rights and supply chain management

Position:QA Engineer (Banking Industry) - Technology Consulting

Level:Senior

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for full-stack applications, covering both frontend and backend components.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for frontend and backend testing using appropriate tools and frameworks.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform API testing to validate the functionality and reliability of backend services.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover issues not covered by automated tests.
• Participate in the design and review of user stories, ensuring testability and identifying potential risks.
• Perform root cause analysis of identified defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks for both frontend (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and backend (e.g., JUnit, TestNG) testing.
• Experience with mobile application testing both on Android and iOS.
• Experience with API testing, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Client management:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation projects and leading cross-functional team including multi vendor relationships.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform cyber security and IT security assessments for clients (e.g. cyber security program assessment, cyber security risk assessments, IT network infrastructure reviews, system technical configurations review, information security policies and processes/procedures review etc.)
• Work on IT security design, analysis and implementation of security protection solution.
• Evaluate and analyze threat, vulnerability, system weakness, impact and risk to security issues discovered from security assessments like Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PenTest), etc.
• Advise clients on the security issues, including explanation on the technical details and how they can remediate the vulnerabilities in the processes, controls and systems.
• Advise client on the security incident response end-to-end process (i.e. preparation, detection, analysis, response and recovery of the security incident).

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, ICT or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in such areas as IT security management design and implementation, IT security assessment and IT technical background
• Familiar with leading IT security processes and tools.
• Highly proficient in both English and Thai with good written and oral communication and analytical skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Having experience in project planning and management will be a plus.
• Professional certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and / or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or ISO27001 will be highly considered
