The role is to oversee and focus on regulatory submissions, quality management system and government affairs efforts in South East Asia (SEA) and to overall support thein achieving the department goals from a local level, cascading to APAC level. This Manager role needs to provide oversight on the guidance and recommendations to other country business stakeholders on SEA’s requirements, in particular Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines, and ensure compliance to accepted practices. Brand Manager (IC6), Consumer Marketing, SEA
You will have opportunities to understand the APAC consumer, similarities and differences and create synergistic plans with wide regional insight but local execution to create consumer demand and lead demand generation for Invisalign through the relevant consumer touchpoints.
The role will entail receiving requests for localization, adaptation, market level MAP and legal approvals to ensure the last mile connectivity for our campaigns. It will also heavily rely on the incumbent to lead brand creatives and influencer marketing agenda.

    • Work closely with the broader APAC team
    • Work closely with the Brand Enablers team (Media, IT and CRM)
  • SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
    • Ability to deal with a matrix leadership and ensuring market stakeholders are managed well – including Professional marketing counterparts
    • Ability to deal with VUCA (volatile uncertain complex and ambiguous) settings as many streams will feature this
    • Ability to operate at speed and lead independently, yet be able to pivot and evolve as needed by the leadership
  • DYNAMISM
    • The consumer organization is a young and evolving team
    • The individual performing this role will be open to experimenting, learning and coping with changes, refinements and updates to ways of working and scope, as and when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, MBA is an added value
  • 2-5 years of brand management experience
  • Excellence in Social content creation and campaign planning
  • High proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel on short notice
  • Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu– will be an additional bonus
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivation, able to work independently
  • Exceptional EQ and IQ

In this role, you will…
  • Report to Director of Clinical Education, APAC
  • Structure speaker development and engagement strategies, programs and implementation plans
  • Organize and run speaker meetings and training sessions to engage with speakers and enhance speakers’ education effectiveness
  • Maintain excellent relationship with speakers
  • Manage and provide speaker communications on regular basis
  • Manage speaker platforms and tools to provide and maintain speaker exclusive information and resources
  • Evaluate speaker effectiveness through capturing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Manage out-of-region speaker invitation and process
  • Optimize internal speaker related processes
  • Work with local teams to identify potential speakers for future development
  • Support the execution of clinical education projects as assigned
In this role, you’ll need…
  • To have at least 8 years work experience preferably in APAC region
  • To have solid experience in managing and working speakers/KOLs
  • To have solid experience in developing speaker/KOL programs and initiatives
  • To have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional teams, countries’ counterparts and external agencies
  • To have strong implementation skills with excellent in execution and attention to details
  • To be very organized in managing and coordinating events and projects
  • To be a degree holder preferably in business or dentistry
  • To be a fast learner
