One great position open right now is an Account Executive for the state of Illinois. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of assigned accounts and provide issue resolution including customer relations, problem solving, account development and timely follow-up. You’ll monitor the customer throughput (sales, service, and customer satisfaction), ensure customer inquiries and requests are responded to, and become a trusted advisor for strategic sales support.
This account executive position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid organization skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, and an aptitude for problem solving. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, or one year of specialized experience in business development and customer service.
