Key tasks include analyzing the day-to-day ACH file issues/suspends, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include executing, monitoring, and verifying ACH jobs, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and engaging with clients and internal associates via telephone and email for ACH Files that fail straight through processing edits and checks.
